    As eThewikini realised their website was becoming a key component of citizen service delivery, they called on AdaptIT to create a process that would allow them to serve up a variety of digital content to citizens and other stakeholders in a managed and controllable fashion.

    KZNU Health now manage all their projects using the Contracts Management System. The system has assisted in reducing effort, duplication and facilitates project collaboration.


    Medical Research Council
    The Medical Research Council’s annual budgets are based on the volume and quality of the research conducted. They had 43 departments conducting research and there was no management of the research outputs. The process of sourcing the research outputs to create management reports was resource intensive, time consuming and caused duplication in effort.

As the trade association responsible for export marketing of raw sugar, the South African Sugar Association needed a system that would support their mission of promoting global competitiveness, profitability and sustainability of the South African sugar industry. With a proven track record of delivering software solutions to the sugar industry, they turned to AdaptIT.

    • Export Department users put all their information into SEED as the central database. This makes the process more reliable and also solves the problem of differing formats, templates and filing systems

    Oracle WEB Services solution underpins successful outsource relationship. Barloworld provides logistics outsource services to Illovo Sugar, and the requirement was to enable real-time integration between two different systems built on two different technology platfomrs 24/7. They turned to AdaptIT to deliver a system as efficent and as capable as the organisations themselves.

    • A 99% uptime is realised by running on Intel based servers running Linux Red Hat advanced server and stringent monitoring and reporting ensures that all points of failure is monitored at all times.
